Provision of Free on Loan Soap Sponge Stand & POS
When purchasing a full stand of soap sponges, a Soap Sponge display stand and Point of Sale (POS) materials are provided free on loan. All Soap Sponge stands and POS materials remain the property of Elements of Fragrance. They are provided for the sole purpose of supporting the sale of our Soap Sponges. Only Soap Sponges supplied by Elements of Fragrance may be displayed on our stand. Displaying soap sponges from other companies on our stand is strictly prohibited. If you decide to discontinue selling our Soap Sponges, the stand and any POS materials must be returned to us. Returned stand must be in good condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. If any items are damaged, missing, or not returned, charges will apply to cover repair or replacement costs. By confirming your order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the obligation to return stands and POS materials if you stop selling Soap Sponges.
